Draft at side project cellar. Pours black with an inch of khaki foam. Leaves a shitload of lacing in the glass. Fairly big mint on the nose along with roasted chocolate malt. The mint is definitely bigger than chocolate on the tongue. It’s a little drier than I was expecting. It’s a bit boozy on the tongue. Not the most exciting impy stout I’ve ever head but it’s still solid enough to finish.

2013 bottle..liquid version of thin mints, pretty much sums this up..easily the most mint I can recall in a beer, this would pair so well with thin mints, a bit cloying however

On tap at Global Brew. Pours a super dark murky brown with a small brief brown head. Aroma is coffee and burnt malt. Taste is dark roasted malt, fairly sweet chocolaty coffeeish stout flavor along with a hint of Girl Scout mint chocolate cookies. Very good, with a bit of ABV warmth after the swallow.
