Mega Tasting at Bruce’s pad. Thanks to Jack for this one. Opaque black - brown. Good tan head. Palate is softish, airy and a little dry. Rich dark chocolate. Coconut and very light cinnamon. Mild chilli. A light sweetness stops this one getting chewy. Light dry finish.

Bottle shared in London during a laid-back tasting. Thanks to Jack for importing this one. Pours oily black-brown with a frothy tan head. The aroma holds mild cinnamon, mint, faint red chili, little dry chocolate. Medium sweet flavor with toasted graham cracker, cinnamon, rich chocolate, roasted malts, chocolate cake, restrained chili spice. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation and creamy texture. Lightly warming to finish with more cinnamon, faint mint, dark chocolate, cake, graham cracker. Impressively deep and very well balanced. Superlative stuff.
