Thanks Bob. Pours a soft/pretty clean amber with lots of carbonation anrd one finger of tan head. Nose shows light funky notes and some fruity tones with a peppery character. Soft fruity flavor with a touch of funk and light peppery quality. Medium bod with a light peppery finish. bhensonb (15191) - Woodland, California, USA - JUL 15, 2013
Capped 750 from Wine & Cheese in Clayton, MO. Pours clear orange/gold with a slight white head. Very light brett aroma. Med + body. Flavor is sweet. There’s fruit ester/yeast spice. The brett is extremely well hidden. Maybe there’s a small trace of earth, but nothing sweat sox/funky for sure. Beyond that it’s a very tasty and pleasing ale. I’d likely rate it higher, were it not for the langorous brett yeast. Bad, lazy yeast. Bad yeast! rubbishystuff (2538) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 14, 2013
UPDATED: JUL 18, 2016 At fork on Lincoln. The typical sweetness and yeast flavor for a Belgian ale but with some lemon and grassy flavors. Sourness of the Brett was not very notable. Serving. Tap

750 cc bottle from Capone’s. Pours hazy dark straw with off-white frothy head. Nose is pale malt, hopcitrus, mild funky yeasty notes, and mild fruit. Tastes floral, hopcitric, mildly spicy, with some late funky cobwebby esters, light-skinned fruit, and hops. bob_w (373) - new york, New York, USA - JUL 3, 2013
on cask. it had a medium golden color, and an almost pumpkin pie spice-like note in the aroma. the flavor had a hint of pleasant sourness cutting through a somewhat creamy quality in the mouthfeel and the flavor. perennial is known for making beers with bold characteristics, but this one was fairly subtle and understated -- much smoother and softer in flavor than any other of their beers i’ve had. perhaps being on cask, with the lower carbonation, rounded out the edges a bit.

Bottle shared with friends. While I’ve enjoyed most everything I’ve had from Perennial this one sort of let me down. Was hoping it would be a little more sour, but it sort of fell short. QCBWarlock (44) - New Jersey, USA - JUN 24, 2013
The 3rd beer I tried from Perennial at Isaac Newton’s during Philly Beer Week. To sum it up, the beer was unremarkable. jtclockwork (16581) - , New Jersey, USA - JUN 14, 2013
Bottle. Pours clear amber with bone white head. Nose and taste of yeast, lemon, grain, light citrus zest and light bready malt. Medium body. Light tartness. Drinkable. Just a bit bland. salvaticas (775) - - JUN 8, 2013

750ml bottle, shared by phaleslu. Mostly hazy golden orange color. Thin white head. Some dots of lace. Nice funky fruity brett taste. Bigger body. Lighter, smoother carbonation. More dry texture. More sweet, light zesty. Light taste of alcohol. Good funk. Nice stuff.
