UPDATED: JUL 18, 2016 At fork on Lincoln. The typical sweetness and yeast flavor for a Belgian ale but with some lemon and grassy flavors. Sourness of the Brett was not very notable. Serving. Tap

Pours a medium golden yellowish color. Aromas of fruit, yeast and some pepper. Flavors are sour, yeasty, and a touch of sweetness at the finish. nuplastikk (6206) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - APR 11, 2016
Tap at Sidedoor. Filtered orange-tan with a creamy off-white head, steady. Funky banana, fruity Belgian yeast aroma, flavor. Definitely get some honey tones. Nice mouthfeel, sort of a Quebec/Belgo feel. Creamy yeast notes, smooth malt. The brett is rather mild, more woody earth tones than sour. Solid offering. Creamy honey banana.
