From growler. Malty, grainy, sweet and lightly fruity aroma, mildly herbal and spicy. Cloudy light amber color with a sparse, fine head. Flavor profile is lightly sweet, peppery and spicy, some honeyed grain, mild clove, very light bitterness and mild funk, some leafy dried, herbal tones towards the finish. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body. Not bad, but where is the Brett?
Draught at Himmeriget.
Hazy amber colored with a small off-white head.
Fruity and light acidic aroma of barnyard with notes of hay.

Pours a medium golden yellowish color. Aromas of fruit, yeast and some pepper. Flavors are sour, yeasty, and a touch of sweetness at the finish. nuplastikk (6211) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - APR 11, 2016
Tap at Sidedoor. Filtered orange-tan with a creamy off-white head, steady. Funky banana, fruity Belgian yeast aroma, flavor. Definitely get some honey tones. Nice mouthfeel, sort of a Quebec/Belgo feel. Creamy yeast notes, smooth malt. The brett is rather mild, more woody earth tones than sour. Solid offering. Creamy honey banana. Bottle shared by a friend. Clear gold pour with a medium off-white head. Aroma of malt, plastic, weird funk and brett. Malty flavor with sweet caramel before a tart brett finish. Christpuncher (3109) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JAN 8, 2016
