Pours a medium golden yellowish color. Aromas of fruit, yeast and some pepper. Flavors are sour, yeasty, and a touch of sweetness at the finish.

Tap at Sidedoor. Filtered orange-tan with a creamy off-white head, steady. Funky banana, fruity Belgian yeast aroma, flavor. Definitely get some honey tones. Nice mouthfeel, sort of a Quebec/Belgo feel. Creamy yeast notes, smooth malt. The brett is rather mild, more woody earth tones than sour. Solid offering. Creamy honey banana.

Bottle shared by a friend. Clear gold pour with a medium off-white head. Aroma of malt, plastic, weird funk and brett. Malty flavor with sweet caramel before a tart brett finish.
