Beautiful copper color with a simple nose of hops and Brett. The taste is a really nice balance of spice and earthiness with a beautiful Brett funk that is a little tart and then it finishes dry and hoppy. I really like this one!

Pours hazy brownish golden with a large off-white head. The aroma has fruit amarillo hops, funky earthy brett bugs, smooth caramel, spices and peaches. It has a medium crisp body with lots & lots of prickly carbonation. The flavor begins with spice and earth from the hops, basement funk and light caramel. The finish is quite hoppy and sharp. Interesting beer. Would like to try it in about 6-12 months when the hops drop down and the brett shows off a bit more. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 18, 2014
Tasted during RBWG, thanks to phaleslu for sharing this 750ml bottle. Mostly hazy golden orange color. Big, rocky off-white head. Good lace. Nice citrusy floral bretty nose. Smooth, lightly soft, lighter carbonation. Bigger body. Zesty, light sweet taste. Solid bretty belgian! phaleslu (10551) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 20, 2014
750 ml bottle from jckp64- thanks again, John! Pours a cloudy gold color with a finger of white head. Notes of bretty funk, spices, citrus and tropical fruits, sweet bready malts, and a bit of soap. Light-medium bodied, with moderate to medium carbonation and a light, dry, bitter, funky mouthfeel. Nice lighter brett ale. alexsdad06 (10640) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - NOV 19, 2014
Bottle sample on the RBWG Asheville bus. Pours a hazy golden color with a medium plus sized white head. The aroma and flavor have Belgian yeast, lemon and orange citrus, Brett, mild spicy notes, there was some bite to the mouthfeel, interesting beer. Bottle on the bus during RBWG 2014 - Asheville. Pours cloudy gold with a white foam head. Tasty. Good melon and citrus fruits present, with faint brett funk and a bit of bitter, wet hay. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Moderately sweet to finish with more ripe melon. Nice. The brett doesn’t seem to have really taken hold just yet.
