Enjoyed at a tasting at Corbet’s house on July 31. 375 mL bottle. The pour is a nice darker ruby red with a thin layer of pink head and a spot or two of lace as it falls down. The aroma is fantastic. There is a juicy and tart raspberry, a lovely oak, a hint of vanilla, a light citrus sourness, and just a touch of some floral yeast on the back end. It’s solid. The flavor is even better. The juiciness is just huge with a beautiful raspberry and a light oak with a resounding sourness. I do get a little more of the citrus and a light funk, but this is great. The mouth feel is light and crisp with a clean and bright carbonation and a lingeringly tart and sour juicy raspberry citrus on the finish. Hot damn. 8 4 9 5 17 gregwilsonstl (2574) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - JAN 11, 2017

Sampled at 2016 Midwest Belgium Beer Festival - The beer pours clear red with a white head. The aroma has rich raspberries, oak and vanilla. It has a light crisp body with a modest amount of carbonation. The taste is not as funky or wild as the regular funky wit. This one is much more fruit forward than the others. It is quite nice though. phaleslu (10456) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUL 12, 2016
375 ml bottle via Societe du Chene. Pours a cloudy rose color with no head. The color is apt, too, as this has abundant rose-like florals with raspberry, lemon, oak, and a tangy rhubarb-like undercurrent, although this is just the raspberry variant. Light-medium bodied, with moderate carbonation and a tart, floral, fruity mouthfeel. Not terribly complicated but absolutely lovely.

Bottle. It poured a red color with a white head. The aroma was of raspberries. It was dry and sweet with a light body. The taste was similar to the aroma with more raspberries, some fruit juice sweetness and a souring finish. Very well balanced. Very tasty. mcberko (18422) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 28, 2016
Bottle at Saraveza Farmhouse Festival, pours a cloudy red with a small pink head. Aroma brings out fresh raspberries and light funk. Flavour brings out fresh raspberries upfront, followed by some Belgian yeast and biscuity notes. Super fruity and fresh. Very nice stuff. Draft on tap at Lions Tiger Beers 2014 (Chicago, IL). Pours a hazy copper amber hue, a bit darker middle gentle glow. Frothy offwhite head atop stays as a nice layer, thicker ring and small filmy layer sticks around ok. Aromas are gentle clove and coriander, funk and basement. Tart seedy raspberry, some lemon. Touches of hibiscus, rind and yogurt meet up with bread, cobwebs and gentle horseblanket. Raspberry really gives this a nice spin. Initial is lighter end of the fold with a really nice sour/tart punch. Seedy raspberry, lactic lemony life and some gentle cobwebs meet funk, gentle yeastiness. Faint coriander, spice, more tart raspberry. Middle is a touch sweet, yeasty and dry with gentle clove, sun tan lotion and more sourness. That sour slant dies out a bit as the backend shows more funk, yeast, some dryness. More lactic punch, lemon fruit and lingering yeastiness and funk as we finish. This is really well put together. Approachable, tasty, sour flowing into funk. Base still showing life. Nothing harsh or overdone. Nice and really well put together.
