Bottle. Pale amber with a beige head. Flavour and aroma is alcohol, malt, hop, caramel, apple. Bitter finish. Full body. Nice beer. hopscotch (11451) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - JUL 18, 2014
Bottle... Clear amber pour with a fleeting, small, white head. The aroma offers a hearty medley of tropical blossom honeys – avocado, bottlebrush, longan, lychee – accompanied by toffee and a slight brothy note. Full-bodied and creamy with tickling carbonation. The flavor is a fusion of caramel and heavy, metallic bitterness that lingers way too long after an otherwise nice, bittersweet finish. Bottle @ RBSG 2014 Grand Tasting. Nice amber pour with an off-white head. Aromas of brown sugar, some caramel, and toasted malt. Nice fruity hops and citrus peel. Some pine, banana, and dried pear. Good sweetness on the palate. Slight pine bitterness and maybe some booze. Sweet dried pear and apple. Light banana and plenty of caramel and brown sugar. Hints of citrus peel, too. boFNjackson (4230) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUN 19, 2014
Bottle @ a recent bottle share... Poured deep dark, amber-ish orange with a medium forming off-white head. Sweet and hints of vanilla. Nice wheat wine with caramel, cocoa, and some bitterness. Dark fruits worked their way in for some complexity.

This one poured a darker orange color with an off white head. Aroma was of stale malt and hops and booze. Flavor was similar, just old and oxidized but not in a good way. fonefan (52417) - VestJylland, DENMARK - MAY 26, 2014

Clear medium amber orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, dried fruit. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, malt - hops bitter, dried fruit - figs. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Pours a hazy golden amber with a slight head. Aroma is of wet cardboard. Super oxidized. Nothing left to redeem this beer. madvike (3306) - Middleton, Wisconsin, USA - MAY 7, 2014
Bottle - Pours hazy amber with a thin light tan head. Nose is a little plastic, a little skunkiness, bready and sweet with a bit of hoppiness. Taste is real bready with light sweetness, yeastiness, honey, and a grassy yeasty finish. Medium-thin body and well-carbonated. ajnepple (7350) - Lakewood, Colorado, USA - APR 4, 2014
On tap at Barrels & Bottles. Aroma of wheat bread, toasted grains, alcohol, Belgian yeast, herbs, spices and light fruit. Similar flavor, pretty malty, adding toffee, caramel and chocolate. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, creamy and pretty smooth. Kind of complex, I’m not crazy about it, though.
