Bottle... RBSG 2014… Jack was nimble, Jack was quick, but Jack couldn’t avoid this beer’s roundhouse kick!… Dark brown pour with flashes of dirty-orange and a small, fizzy, white head that doesn’t stick around for long. The bouquet is mainly earthy and woody with some sour cherries also sneaking their way into the mix. Full-bodied with a milky mouthfeel and soft carbonation. The flavor is an intermingling of funkiness, sourness, fruitiness and woodiness layered nicely on an underpinning of caramel. Finishes tart and fruity. World class beer! Cherry sour smell. Lovely cherry and medium sour taste with a nice cherry candy aftertaste. Delicious. jayzz (480) - Illinois, USA - JAN 25, 2014
UPDATED: APR 19, 2014 Dark amber with a hint of red. This is the sour brown LA Boheme which was just released 12/21/2013. Tart with a hint of cherries. Refreshing without a long sour finish. Slight sweet aroma. One of the better sours I?ve tasted. I just had it on tap at perennial (4/19/2014), and it is better on tap. You get a strong vanilla flavor at the end of the cherry flavor. If you can, try it at perennial on tap. jstraw (1967) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 4, 2014

draft at resurrection for PBW..dark red auburn color with a small white head..aroma is really sour cherry omnipresent..mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with vinous wood notes and cherry leading the way.very pleasant tasting and well crafted complex offering that I was happy to try...not overly sour or puckering but just enough to let one know that real quality ingredients are in play here..fruity with out being out of control and just the right amount of time it seems like in the barrels..wild characteristics add to the intrigue here and produce an overall tasty american flanders red.. jckp64 (356) - St Louis, Missouri, USA - FEB 16, 2014
Pours dark amber with a very light head. Aroma is sour cherries and funk. Flavor is pretty sour with a bunch of cherries. Pretty good beer overall. Could use a bit more time in the bottle to let the cherries fade a bit daknole (11049) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - MAR 30, 2014
Red pour with a light pinkish head. This is really delicious. The first thing you taste is a good sour punch and then that leads into a wonderful cherry pie, oaky and light vanilla flavor. Very damn delicious.
