COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Peach Berliner Weisse is a German-style tart wheat beer that’s perfect for the hot summer months. We violate traditional German beer production methods in every way by adding hundreds of pounds of Midwest-grown peaches to each batch. We hope you enjoy the irreverence as much as we do.

Pours clear light orange golden with a huge bubbly beige head. Aroma brings lightly sweet fresh peaches so pleasant in the nose, so enjoyed. Flavor has a nice tartness at first with big peach flavors so fresh even for being a year old. Body ends just a tad dry without any real pucker at the end. Love this beer.

Peach dried green apple aroma. Banana and phenolic wheat adds to tart flavor of soured fruits. Finishes like a Bavarian hefe with dry tartness.

GABF. Light orange pour. Aroma of peaches, apricots, cheese, lemon peel, lactic sourness. Very fruity and drinkable. Peaches, lacto, yeast, sour but not overly so.

750 from Whole Foods. Pours hazy bright golden with off-white head. Nose is tart fruit, peach, white wine grapes. Tastes tart, with a subtle peach flavor, malt, a good balance, and a champagny finish with more tartness, but flowery and not over-tart. This one is delicious.

Bottle from Binny’s Marcey St. Pours a slightly pinkish hued pale gold, pinkish head that erupts. Nose is fantastic. Light yogurt, peaches and cream. Faint wheat. The peaches are pretty prominent in the nose, almost floral. On tasting, more of the peaches and cream. Light yogurt acidity and a robust saltine cracker taste from the wheat. Incredibly refreshing, clean and well made. I really dig this beer. This is how a Berliner should be, not teeth scrapingly sour, just soft and subtle. Fantastic.

On tap at the Ginger Man. Pours a clear straw colored gold with a thin white head. Very faint peaches on the nose, gentle funk and musk. Light tartness, soft peaches, crisp acidity, ligth funk. Bright and lively, lemony acid, bright and beautiful. Very easy drinking, quenching, delicious stuff. Tart and cheesy on the finish.

Lukaduke (3206) - Gray, Maine, USA - NOV 6, 2012
Pours a medium straw color with a finger of fizz that laces a bit as well. Aromas are tart apricot, cereal malts and a touch of earthy yeast. On the palate its pretty spot on for a the style. Light refreshing and great carbonation. Nice balance between tart peachy notes and cereal malts. Hints of ginger and just a touch of yeasty spice on the finish.

Bottle shared with friends. This is another beer that would fit Florida perfectly. Peach flavor pretty much all over the place, plus it’s super refreshing. Lovely beer!

750 ml bottle. Pour is an ever so slightly hazy gold with a massive fizzy head that dies very quickly. First approach reveals a lot of peach aroma with a grainy edge to it. The aroma seems to fade a bit as it warms, which makes me a little sad, but flavor is fantastically well done. The peach dominates and balances well against a slightly tart and grainy backdrop. Mouthfeel is light and refreshing and finish is slightly sour. Darn good stuff.

Draft at ChurchKey for Night of the Living Ales: Part 3. Poured a hazy straw color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was sour notes, plenty of wheat straw notes. Flavor was nice and tart fruit, sweet peaches. Very nice.
