Light straw pour with low fluffy head with spotty lacing. Nose is apples, banana esters, chamomile, Belgian yeasts and cloves. Medium body with a watery mf. Some light carb. The tastes follow the nose to a T, but with some honey, and doughy malts. Very little spices. Nice clean drinking saison that tends towards the sweet end of the spectrum. wedgie9 (2702) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - DEC 24, 2014
From notes. Tasted on 6/5/13 on draft at the brewpub during a baseball trip with Adam and Taylor, and from bottle on several occasions. Pours hazy pale golden with a thick white head that leaves average, uneven lace. The nose is spicy saison yeast with a soft floral aroma and some earth. The flavor is in the same vein, a nicely soft saison with floral notes and nicely integrated yeast spice. The body is medium with lively carbonation and a long floral, lightly spicy saison yeast finish. swanmann (772) - Nompton, Oklahoma, USA - DEC 21, 2014
Bottle: bright golden/orange with ample white fluffy bubbles, looks like champagne. Big aromas of lemon, chamomile, earthy barnyard funk. The flavor is the same. It finishes with a hint of black pepper and esters, somewhat acidic. The mouthfeel is medium, with just a touch of syrup, creamy yespr (45412) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - DEC 20, 2014
From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild estery and light fruity. Bubblegum, light herbal and estery. Bitter and dry, slight herbal finish. monk191 (1975) - Portland, Oregon, USA - DEC 18, 2014
Overall a decent saison, but we've had better. Pours a bright yellow with a foamy head. Smells very good, herbs, bay leaf, citrus and lemon and chamomile. Taste is very floral to start with some rose and earthy notes. Overwhelmed a bit with lemon in the finish. Had in the bottle.

Draft at Perennial. Hazy golden with white head that clings. Nose of tropical fruit, bananas, a bit earthy. Tastes of that typical belgian yeast, banana, melon, mango, very fruity. Dry.

Hazy yellow pour, nice white head. Soft yeasty aroma with a bit of fruit--apple? Such a gentle flavor: just the tiniest bit sweet, a slight bit tart, dusty but not powerfully so, again the apple, floral / chamomile. Extremely drinkable and full of flavor for 5%. Tasty stuff. Perennial continues to impress.
On tap at sidebar in west chester.
Cloudy yellow and thin head.
Aroma really faint
Super heavy floral notes
Soothing and the warmer the better!

750 ml bottle. Nice stuff, lovely warm afternoon saison. Pours a hazy gold with a fluffy white head. Clean saison aroma with a floral background. Taste is a bit sweet with the slightest bit of tartness. Drinks soft yet lively. Nice complexity on the finish. ericdevin (988) - Eugene, Oregon, USA - NOV 19, 2014
Bottle from Lawson. Pours a pale, effervescent straw, lots of fluffy white head. Aroma dry, floral, slight barnyard character, some coriander/spice, too. Body light and fluffy, with a sweet, slightly tannic floral/dry aspect to the finish. Nice, but not earth-shaking.
