3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Appearance is cloudy pale golden with a thick creamy white foam cap. Aroma is typical farmhouse, with Belgian fruity esters of apricot and a distinctly earthy and herbal wild yeast aroma. Taste is sweet bready malt with a slight peppery bite and mild fruitiness. Mouthfeel is light and highly carbonated. Finishes dry with a tartness that lingers. Overall, a decent farmhouse but seems to be missing something. Also a slightly metallic taste, maybe from the chamomile? Very thin and mild tasting compared to other saisons
Bottle. Rather clear golden color with nice white head. Aroma is chamomille-flowery, dough, fresh yeasts, nicely balanced. Taste is dough, chamomille-flowery, very flowery. Medium carbonation. Very nice and super-balanced, and quite unexpected that this is only 5%. Ungstrup (38138) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - AUG 21, 2017
Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, perfume, and straw. The flavor is malt, spices, chamomille, straw, and malt, leading to a biter finish. willisread (3464) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - JUL 24, 2017
Bottle from Craft Brewed. Pours a clearish gold with a beautiful, soapy white head that lingers. Classic saison yeasty nose with pear blossom, honey & young white peach. Good carbonation, light well-balanced. Faint floral notes. Everything I like in a saison with the adjunct sitting way back in the background. Excellent. iggynelix (136) - Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 20, 2017
Flight on tap at Roots. Pours hazy peach with a thin head. Grapefruits and currant nose, clean with citrus and spice hints. Great for a hot summer day. Andrew196 (1943) - Katy, Texas, USA - JUN 3, 2017
Pours a pleasant orange, frothy white head... Lemon and Belgian yeast, florals about. An easy drinking but enjoyable take on the style.

Golden orange with a white head. Citrus and light spice. Not overbearing. I didn’t pick up chamomile. Very refreshing. A great afternoon thirst quencher. Grzesiek79 (4362) - Radom, POLAND - APR 15, 2017
750ml bottle from VI Beer Festiwal in Warsav. Piwo ma piekna rosnaca i niebywale trwala puszysta pianke. Pachnie swiezymi kwiatami i chwastami trawnikowymi, mniszek, skrzyp i wlasnie ten rumianek. Smak to lekkie cialo, naprawde delikatne i przyjemne jest to piwo. Z odrobina kwasnosci, wytrawnosci i chmielnosci, malo slodowe, praktycznie jakby go brakowalo. Posmak rumianku i swierzych cytryn glownie dominuje. Wyglad to bardzo jaskrawa barwa, bardzo metna z drobinkami plywajacych drobinek koszyczka rumianku. Nie trzeba latem wychodzic na lake, tylko wachac i kosztowac tego saisona w stylu belgijskim
