This is now the weirdest tasting beer Ive ever had. It is like a tart apricot tea beer. Has a fruity yeast aroma, foamy head, and pinkish gold clear color. A must try if you like unusual tart or sour beers.

Great floral tropical aromas. Cloudy peach with sudsy head. Light floral tart front slides away to a clean lasting finish.

The beer pours a hazy light pink with a small white head. The aroma contains a lot: sea salt, pineapple, papaya, mango, chamomile, and citrus. The taste is quite sour in the initial flavor, but the tongue overcomes the shock quickly because of how a nice mild sweetness and touch of saltiness helps to reel in the acidity; the aftertaste has a lot of flavor that is reminiscent of the aroma. The palate fuses an average carbonation, light body, and a slick texture.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy pink with a white head that starts and remains at the edges. Aroma has notes of earthy grapefruit and tea with light fruits and light wheat underlying. Flavor has a tea and tart grapefruit note with a hint of earthy grain and funk backing.

Draft at the Bridge. Pours light yellow with a thin white head. Leaves a lot of lacing in the glass. Solid sour notes on the nose. Big tart and sour notes on the tongue. Theres almost a creaminess on the mouthfeel. Finishes clean. I get a bit of the tea on the finish. Certainly my favorite from these guys so far.

On tap at Belmont Station. Colour...like a hazy rose wine with a thick white head. Nose...loads of generslised tea notes as well as hibiscus, rose petal and lemon zest. Palate...full, frothy, lively and bright with an expectedly tart feel and puckery zest. The tanginess is very much present and theres hints of grain on the back palate. The finish is quick and dry.

Draft from the taproom. Hazy, slightly orange-tinted light gold pour. Nose of lemony wheat and tropical fruits. Taste adds a lovely tartness and a bit of a tea-like quality. Wish I would have had about 4 pints of this wonderfully refreshing beer.

Tasted on draft at 2015 St. Louis Microfest in a willi becher glass. It poured a murky burnished golden colour with deep white foam of spritzy little bubbles, sheets of Belgian lace. Aromas of German sweet grains, slight yogurty lactobacillus tartness. Flavour was WAY more sour than expected, a really surprising contrast. No longer any malt presence at all, a little citrus zest, lending a sparkling lemonade effect. Ultralight body, effervescent Champagne-like carbonation. Very tasty and refreshing.
