Can shared at the ChrisO Flags of Many Nations Easter Tasting 2013 - London. Pours clear yellow with a fine white cream head. Sugary pale, bready malt nose with light honey. Medium to big sweet flavor with lightly papery dough malts, white sugar. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Somewhat creamy, in fact. Sweet, pale white bread to finish. Very simple, lots of white bread, dough and hay, but enjoyable in its simplicity.

Can from Princes Supermarket Ashford, drunk at home. Clear gold thin white head. Aroma of lager malts. A little bit of golden syrup in the mouth. I mean its not terrible a bit sweet maybe. Doesnt taste overly strong. Its ok. Not much flavour to be honest. OK.

Can 500ml (Carrefour, Warsaw). Clear amber color, small white head. Grainy, sweetish apple aroma. Light-body for this abv. I wonder what happened to malts. Papery, thin, apple alcohol. Not as sweet as some mocnes, but badly lacks both malts and hops.

Golden colour with lots of big bubbles. The aroma is alcohol and light fusels. Ugh. Flavour is quite a bit raunchier than I was hoping for. Harsh alcohol, rotting fruit, fusels and no malt nor hop to offset this. Yikes.

UPDATED: JUL 18, 2009 500ml can (Carrefour, Warsaw)
Pale orange, brief head. Pretty nondescript aroma, some sweetness. Served cold enough that no alcohol escapes for the moment. Fairly watery fizzy mouthfeel. Very simple malty body, touch of hop, some sweetness, and that, with the temperature, keeps the alcohol in check. Dont want to wait for this to warm up, but drinkable as it is. Once or twice, I almost got something vanilla-ey. Finish is a very unsubtle metallic and grassy hop. No class, but better than the pissier version simply because they havent watered this one down. I swear they are the same brew.
