belle robe blonde, fine mousse crémeuse, assez persistante. Nez sur les céréales, pointe de houblon, léger hydrocarbure. Bouche à l’attaque simple, manque de complexité et de profondeur, un cran en dessous de la version zen.

Mother Kelly’s. Keg. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has a fine crispness. Watery thin malts. A vague off note. Very light and insipid orange. Touch of floralness. Crisp finish. Hollow and insipid.

Bottle at home. Hazy light golden with short lasting white head. Dusty grains, light grassy, a hint of tropical fruits, dough, crackers, light metallic notes towards the finish. Light sweet with a weird light chemical bitter finish. Light bodied. One of the weaker Perle beers.

Bue à la bouteille. Blonde claire légèrement trouble. Nez porté sur le céréale, et avec un léger piquant. Amertume légère, plutôt aqueuse, notes de céréales également, acidité en fin de bouche avec un soupçon rikiki d’astringence. Pas mauvaise, mais déçu quand même vis à vis des autres bières made in Perle.
