440ml can. Pours a light golden amber with a spacious white head. Carbonation rushing up the glass. Looks the part anyway, just out the fridge after a day working in the garden ! Nose is light breadiness and some grain. Small touch of sweetness and a hint of lemon in a yeasty way. Has a chewy mouth feel from the malt and has a hint of sweetness, but mostly white bread and grain. Touch of a yeastiness. Finishes lightly bitter with a hint of lemon or even banana ? Ill rate these beers considering their price too, so obviously this doesnt compete with the top German Pilsners, but for what works out @ 0.66p a can Its pretty decent stuff.

50cl can from a Lidl in Bruges. Pours clear, fizzing, golden with a thinning, white head. The aroma has corn, grass, malt and hops. It tastes light sweet and light bitter with a malty finish. Thin and watery, but quenching, and I’m glad there’s no real artifical or metallic undertone. Lidl beat Aldi when it comes to cheap, industrial Lagers, in my opinion.

Goldgelb im Glas mit perfekt haltender Schaumkrone. Schön würziger Antrunk, mit guten Hopfennoten.

tricksta_p (4560) - Steenwijk, NETHERLANDS - APR 29, 2017
Can from a local Lidl. Aroma is grainy malt and some fairly enjoyable light grassy noble hops. Flavour is lightly sweet and light hoppy bitter. Body is almost medium, not too watery. Not too bad, a bit bland but has a decent touch of noble hops.

Clear golden color with tiny white head. Aroma of malt and bread. Fizzy mouthfeel. Medium bitter pils. Nothing to talk about.

0,5l can. Pours golden with small white head. Aroma of malt. A bit bitter taste. Ordinary industrial, cheap lager. Drinkable but nothing special.
