Cuso you’re an ignorant slut! I mean that in the best possible way. ( YouTube..Jane you ignorant slut). It’s a Saturday night live thing. This, my friends, was a solid, solid beer. Since it was unfiltered and had been sitting in my fridge when I was in beer purgatory. (Costa Rica) I rolled it around a bit to get the yeast floating about a bit. Cuso was a bit worried that it was past its props to Cuso. The porter was, but this was spot on. Open fermentation clicks s this bad boy right. A lovely melding of ingredients. I have told the masses nothing about other than that I enjoyed it and I don’t care. ThAnks to Imro! Tak dobre!

McTapps (6889) - Reutlingen, GERMANY - JAN 4, 2014
Bottle from trade with Cuso - many thanks, Imro! The beer pours out in a cloudy dark orange-amber colour with low head and medium body. Nice aroma of hops and spruce. Taste of mild hops, wheat, barley, citrus, straw and caramel. Mildly bitter finish. Nice one.

Bottle donated by Cuso shared with McTapps. Beautiful, nearly orange look. Nice nose of some wheat and hops. Could have been more hops and citrus in the nose. Solid one without hitting the points big. Very drinkable though.

rosenbergh (11532) - Tampere, FINLAND - DEC 31, 2013
500 ml bottle. V183. BB 25/01/14. A big thank you to Cuso for sending me this one.
Clear deep golden colour with a big fluffy white head. Dry hops, mild bitterness, malt and fruity freshness in the aroma. The flavour is sweet malt, grassy hops, mild bitterness and birch leaves. Quite nice.
