Not bad. Even if it is difficult to categorize it in traditional brewing styles, it is one of the best "doppio malto" in Italy. Maybe it lacks a bit in aftertaste definition.

Bottle - pours gold with a white head. Aroma is grainy and caramel malt. Taste is sweet grainy malt with the caramel coming through in the finish. Hops are a bit harsh into the finish.

Bottle. Pours clear dark golden with minimal head. Aroma is pretty malty but has some fruity tones. Okayish. Tastewise it is pretty decent. Mildly bitter with a clear presence of grainy malts. There is a small honey kick and a somewhat lingering (yet not that disturbing) alcoholic aftertaste. Pretty well carbonated, and on the thicker side for an ale. Decent quencher though. Nothing more, nothing less.

From bottle in shaker. Malty and earthy aroma gives prelude to a malt-driven beer. Smooth drinking but Im not familiar with the style to have a reference point.

Golden color, staying white head. Malty, honeyish aroma, little bit of hay and distant fruitiness in background. Malt and honey in taste, very sweet, almost cloyingly, dry finish, somewhat dull. Little bit of fruitiness here and there. Medium body, soft carbonation. Meh.

Malty, golden with a good white head, light body, medium carbonation, not too bitter, a bit watery...not so terrible.
