COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Available in 500ml bottles.

A lightly sparkling single variety cider made with apples of the Dabinett variety.
We use the apples own ‘wild yeast’ to keep the fermentation slow and cold. This produces a well balanced medium to sweet cider with soft astringency and a full bodied flavour. The cider is lightly sparkling to lift the full apple flavour and aroma.

Bottle from Booth's. Pours golden with a rim of off white bubbles. The taste has sweet apple juice with a touch of funky farmyard and a dry finish. A little atery perhaps, but light and refreshing.

500ml bottle from Glug, Newcastle. First time I had this was at the beach with the missus and was superb; very refreshing, light and with a great bittersweet character. A very good well-rounded cider from arguably the best cider apple there is.
