HogTownHarry (7062) - Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, CANADA - AUG 1, 2017
October 23, 2015 - Volo Cask Days, Session #1 - gravity cask. Murky deep orange with a huge and lasting foamy/fluffy off-white head. Sweet, a bit twiggy - some resin in the aroma. Taste follows, way more alcohol and increasing bitterness. Slick, astringent, okay carbonation - just average IMO.

Gerbeer (3856) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 3, 2017
650 ml bottle. Pours a copper color with lightish head. Aromas of dried pineapple, pine and doughy malts. Flavors of wet toasted malts, dry resin and pine. Piney bitter finish. A piney British IPA. Ok but not what I’d expect from Persephone.

Ferris (16106) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 23, 2016
Bottle - Leafy and earthy bitter hops. Clear dark gold with a rich beige head. Leafy hops and some bitterness with a light dry finish. Hops aren’t very ’fresh’ tasting and more on the english style vs PNW.

northropfrye (3662) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - APR 22, 2016
On tap at Six Acres Vancouver. Orange body white head. Resinous pine notes. Semi bitter. Nice IPA.

DuffMan (10548) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - APR 13, 2016
Bottle, shared with Grippitis, Parksy, and PQ. Medium orange amber. A mix of citrus peel and wet leaves, maybe some pine. Caramel malts are a bit sweet. Finish is bitter.

Golden amber color, didn’t jive with the hop profile. Didn’t have the depth of an IPA I’m drawn too. Very citrus and grassy.

DeanF (2471) - Alberta, CANADA - MAR 19, 2016
Really nice white head and golden body. Lots of sweet hops on the nose, layered, but not too intrusive. Also a very good flavour of hops with just a hint of malty nuttiness for flavour. Dry finish. Textbook IPA, nothing out of the ordinary but very well done.

pintbypint (3733) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - MAR 9, 2016
650ml brown bottle. Unclear golden pour, medium white cap. Aromas of caramel malt with fruity and floral hops. Taste is citrusy with some light fruit backing. Long bitter finish. Leafy and piney aftertaste. Did not really care for the hop profile in this beer.

patricks110 (2521) - Alberta, CANADA - FEB 18, 2016
A really good IPA! Pours a bright medium orange with a thick but easily dissipating white head. Aroma of leafy green hops, light spicy and grassy notes with a bit of citrus and pine. Very easy drinking with a medium caramel malt and a bright citrus finish. Pine is medium and the spicy, earthier hops really shine through.

mabel (9246) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 26, 2015
[7888-20151025] Cask. Fruity leafy green hops aroma. Murky, brown orange body with no lasting head. Bitter green leaf hops and grainy fruit flavour. Medium body. Good. (7/2/7/3/14) 3.3
