Hazy Orange/Gold with a big white head. Smells just like Westmalle Tripel - dusty with candy sugar notes. Flavor is amazing with light malts, candy sugar and beeswax. High carbonation, medium bodied with a dry finish. Wow, I cant believe this is a local beer!

22oz bottle pours a golden color with a bit of head. Nice easy going triple. Malt stands out. Good balance of sweetness and some Belgian yeasty fruity flavors.

phaleslu (9926) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAR 2, 2016
Draft at the brewery, served in a flight. Pours a clear gold color with a white head that settles into a ring and an island of film, leaving spots of lace in the glass. Notes of residual sugars, straw, pale and sweet malts, and some dry and fruity yeasty esters. Light-bodied, relatively clean to style, with modest carbonation. Really light tripel. Not bad.

On tap @ Petaluma Hills. Clear golden beer with a soapy white head. Theres a lot of intense phenolic and herbal qualities to this that I dont care for. Boozy, too. Big pepper, some menthol, and lemon pith. Kind of harsh but also intensely sweet with a big time apple and canned pear flavor and aroma. Scroll past.

Draft at source. Strong floral and peppery nose with a honey forward impression. A touch of higher alcohols.blight chlorophenolics. Taste is a messy mix of band aids and medicine cherry flavors. Some apple juice as well as it warms.

Leighton (20605) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 3, 2016
Draft at the brewery taproom. Pours clear gold with a creamy white head. Sugary and doughy wheat in the nose, esters, tangerine. Medium sweet flavor with some rindy citrus, damp grains, light yeast, dough. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A little bitter to finish, with minimal yeast, relaxed sweetness, mild dough. So so.
