A combination of wine and beer that takes the worst of both worlds. Not a pleasant beer, from the disquieting aroma, through the interesting initial taste and the too sweet and sickly after taste.

Deep brown down pour with a finger thick tan head. Nose and flavor are red grapes, green caramel apples and a bit nutty. Medium full mouthfeel.

Draft. Brown beer with a dark cream head. Vanilla and oak aroma with light cocoa. Vanilla and light coca flavor with light oak and light white wine. Medium bodied. Vanilla and light cocoa lingers with light oak.

pours brown with a medium beige head. Growler was nicely picked up for me by my wife who was enjoying monterey without me, but she knows i only want to go for the new beer! has alot of grape flovor. almost taste as if a brown was mixed with grape juice! oh wait.... 50 days in a wine barrel.

From growler shared by beerboxer. Pours dark brown with a nice beige head and a winey aroma. There is a good brown malt base with some citrus, green grape, grape seed and a slightly bitter finish. Unique and quite tasty.
