From a one pint can. Pours pale gold with a two-finger white head, some lacings. Very aromatic for the style. Aroma is yeasty, some floral hops. Taste is sweet malts with a mildly bitter euro hop flavor. Somewhat astringent. Medium dry finish. Lightly bitter. A winner in the íbargain bin pilsnerí category. I paid 99 cents US for this pint and must say I enjoyed more than I expected.

Bottle on 07/20/2008. Very clear golden body with a medium white head. Toasty and honey aroma, light grassy hop hints. Dry toasty flavor, some grain and light skunk, with more honey and a very mild floral hop flavor and a gentle bitterness in the finish. Medium light body with moderate carbonation and a sticky finish.

12 oz green bottle. Label reads "Dutch Classics A Dutch style Pilsener beer". Bit of green bottle skunk to start that dissipated rapidly to a light spicey hop aroma. Clear golden orange with medium rocky white head. Sweet grainy malts with some nice nobel hop flavor. Medium body with slightly sweet finish and a bit of residual bitterness. Not a bad pilsner.

This is an average refreshing pilsener. Nice, gold color and good clarity.

Poured into a pilsener glass. Clear light gold color with dozens of bubble columns feeding the white 2 finger head. Aroma is corny adjunct with little to no hops. Taste is of malt husk and adjuncts, but not as vile as most American macros. Quite refreshing and smooth. Great beer for a hot day.

Bottle. Pours a orange golden color, looks like ginger ale with a small bubbly head. The aroma is a sweet corn and black licorice. Sticky lacing on the glass. The taste is also sweet and licorice with a clean finish. Not too much going on with this pilsener.

500cl can. I like the euro can style... reminds me of europe. But anyway, its a typical light lager thats macro brewed and fairly bland. Slight vegie aroma and adjunct laden flavor with little hop flavor. Nothing too off, but nothing good. Not worth the price that you pay over here.

330ml can. Pours a light gold with a weak head. The taste is semi-sweet with a earthy corn and veg. taste. Quite thin, almost oily. Overall, not very good, but OK.

Bottle. Bought from the singles shelf at Trader Joeís. Pours a clear yellow with minimal head. Aroma is light skunk initially then mostly grassy hops with some light vegetable aromas. Flavor is actually a bit more pilsner in character though, lightly bitter with some grassiness and hay like qualities and a good hop presence. Ruined in part this flavor profile is by some assorted adjuncts that are difficult to place ( i guess thatís a yoda sentence). Finish is lightly bitter, dry, medium in duration, and not unpleasant. Not terrible, has a touch of weird sweetness at the start that fades to a decent finish.
