Foamy - and iron? Wait what? Oh crap this is bad! No No No No, this is going down the drain. -insert witty comment about how this crap is made by the people that bought Budweiser while I go pour this out. It is like iron nails were rusting in the can. Sparky (2244) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - JUN 30, 2009
Pint can. Pours clear gold with a 3 finger snow white head. The nose is grassy hops, malt and lemon zest. The taste is grass, malt and a crisp light hop finish. Medium bodied. This is probably the Milwaukee’s Best of Holland, but it’s not that bad on a hot day. BREWMUSKCLES (2685) - New Jersey, USA - NOV 30, 2008
drank a lot of this in years past it has a clean taste that is mostly mildly sweet with a dank woody flavor or that of cork typical for many other beers from the region. i liked it for it’s pricepoint when i had far less experience tasting. i also used to enjoy the crisp small carbonation which i found refreshing and attributed to good body. spikester (606) - Salem, Oregon, USA - NOV 2, 2008
From a one pint can. Pours pale gold with a two-finger white head, some lacings. Very aromatic for the style. Aroma is yeasty, some floral hops. Taste is sweet malts with a mildly bitter euro hop flavor. Somewhat astringent. Medium dry finish. Lightly bitter. A winner in the ’bargain bin pilsner’ category. I paid 99 cents US for this pint and must say I enjoyed more than I expected. BeerGestapo (754) - Mt.Joy, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 28, 2008
(Belgium) Pours a golden color with a sm white head. The aroma of a skunk, grass, and corn. The taste is watery with hops and grains. The mouthfeel has a bitter finish with metallic notes. Average pils in a green bottle !!!!

Bottle on 07/20/2008. Very clear golden body with a medium white head. Toasty and honey aroma, light grassy hop hints. Dry toasty flavor, some grain and light skunk, with more honey and a very mild floral hop flavor and a gentle bitterness in the finish. Medium light body with moderate carbonation and a sticky finish. MaltDawg (1344) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - JUL 19, 2008
12 oz green bottle. Label reads "Dutch Classics A Dutch style Pilsener beer". Bit of green bottle skunk to start that dissipated rapidly to a light spicey hop aroma. Clear golden orange with medium rocky white head. Sweet grainy malts with some nice nobel hop flavor. Medium body with slightly sweet finish and a bit of residual bitterness. Not a bad pilsner. Bier brauen (246) - Bremerton, Washington, USA - JUN 21, 2008
This is an average refreshing pilsener. Nice, gold color and good clarity. illidurit (2338) - San Francisco, California, USA - MAY 2, 2008
Poured into a pilsener glass. Clear light gold color with dozens of bubble columns feeding the white 2 finger head. Aroma is corny adjunct with little to no hops. Taste is of malt husk and adjuncts, but not as vile as most American macros. Quite refreshing and smooth. Great beer for a hot day. djd07 (14471) - Houston, Texas, USA - JAN 31, 2008
Bottle. Pours a orange golden color, looks like ginger ale with a small bubbly head. The aroma is a sweet corn and black licorice. Sticky lacing on the glass. The taste is also sweet and licorice with a clean finish. Not too much going on with this pilsener.
