I did not like this beer at all. Huge head, but disappeared in a matter of seconds. No character at all.
From old tasting notes. Bright amber red color. Big beige head. Floral hop aroma. Crisp toasted malt flavor with soft dry undertones. Clean bitter hop aftertaste. Headbanger (3992) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - APR 22, 2014
12oz bottle (Old Notes)-Pours a lighter amber with a decent head. Aroma of malt and caramel. Taste of the same with a little hops thrown in. This light to medium bodied brew is not too good. philbertk (1873) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JUN 3, 2010

Old Undated Notes: A nice amber color beer that is earthy and grassy and sweet. One of their better beers. ROGUE (2215) - Lewes, Delaware, USA - FEB 5, 2009
12oz bottle. Pours with a crisp clear deep amber body topped by a medium thick head with good lace. Slightly sweet and lemony hop aroma with a touch of maltiness. Not what I was expecting from the nose. Sweet and malty flavor with a good hop balance and a touch of fruitiness. Slightly bitter finish. Relatively smooth, medium bodied.

Hoppy aroma, good hops and malt taste
Aroma: 5/10; Appearance: 5/10; Flavor: 5/10; Palate: 5/10; Overall: 10/20
The score was calculated based upon the notes and an old scoring system.
Very sweet, caramel malt aroma with some fruity esters and citrus hops apparent. Clear amber-tan coloured body is topped by a fizzy, fine bubbled, off white head that recedes rapidly to ring. Caramel sweetness in the flavour is tempered by fair bitterness and herbal/citrus hop flavours. Medium light body with moderate carbonation but a somewhat watery texture. Tulip glass. Allowed to warm from fridge temperature. Bottle (Westfield General Store, VT, Dec-05). cathcacr (647) - Oregon, USA - JAN 31, 2005

One of those easy-drinkin’ brews that beer lovers should like. Not great but not a watery-ricey-corny macro. Red color as advertised (orange-amber, actually), pretty good head. Quite tasty-looking actually. Not especially distinctive in taste, and unintrusive palate. Pretty solid but not a must, unless you’re a RateBeer(TM) Geek who just has to try everything.
Tasted at Jan. KC Brew Meisters meeting. Reddish orange, off white head. Nose is floral, citrusy, malty. Flavor is malt base then sour. Nice finish, some hoppiness. darkerdabetter (255) - Michigan, USA - MAY 22, 2004
Very forgettable, not much red or anything else, somewhat bitter in the finish.
