On cask at the Untapped Festival.
The beer pours an orange brown color with no head. The aroma has a lot of alcohol notes, as well as some vanilla and toffee. The flavor is very similar. I get some toffee and cocoa, as well as some vanilla and a good dose of alcohol. Medium mouthfeel and very little, if any carbonation. Wish this was more carbonated. Deep amber pour with absolutely no head. Aromas of vanilla, toasted malt, caramel - hops are subdued compared to the original and there is a good amount of sweetness. jhamp9 (1918) - Corinth, Texas, USA - SEP 9, 2012

(cask) cloudy medium amber, little head to speak of. Toasty, marshmallow, vanilla, light sweet hops, honey, complex and I think an improvement from the original. Really nice toastiness! mar (5434) - Dallas, Texas, USA - SEP 8, 2012
Amber pour no head. Nose is light vanilla, fresh hops, and rich malts. Smooth on the palate, chewy hops, sticky, and a nice finish.
