COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle care of Ryan shared with some dads, pours golden color. Notes of caramel apples, apple juice, super sour skins, and dirty, rustic earth. Very nice ice cider.

375ml bottle @ Matt’s. Pours lovely clear dark golden copper colour. Nose is cooked appless, sugars, and a trailing sour acidity. Flavour tart apples and even a slight bitterness. Syrupy mouthfeel but not excessively sweet with a slight acidity.

Tasting at Matt’s
Light amber color. Wonderful aroma, macadamia nuts, stewed apples. Medium sweet, below the average; nice apple juice flavor, not much flavor depth, and some astringency in the final.
Nice but not the greatest.

Has a light amber. Has a nice baked apple nose. This has a lively apple character, that touch of acidity is really nice, going well with the clean baked apple taste.

Bottle - Nice sweet cooked apples. Clear copper. Cooked Apple with some tannic peel and light bitterness. Decent. Good balance, but not exciting.

375mL bottle, pours a clear caramel golden. Aroma brings out lots of treacle toffee, caramel apple and brown sugar. Flavour brings out lots of cooked apple, apple juice, toffee, and brown sugar. Not super elegant or deep, but the flavours are sure nice. Very nice.

(Lot 216652) (1995-091016)

Bottle (375 ml). Bright golden. Aroma is weaker than most of the Ice cider I’ve tasted so far. There’s apple but not much else. Taste is way more complex with apple (lots of different apple taste, really nice) and slight fruit acidic notes. Sirupy. Medium body. Easily drinkable for an Ice cider and not too sugar. Really enjoyable!
