Bottle. Hazy yellow color. Flavour has alcohol, floral and some pear. Alcohol is really apparent.

UPDATED: OCT 3, 2014 pretty cool...light refreshing tripel. not heavy handed on the yeast and spiciness, which i liked, but enough going on to be more than a one trick pony. i’d buy again.

330 ml bottle. Finland. As Petrus Gouden Tripel. Clear orange-golden colour with huge foamy white head. Fruity, grassy and yeasty aroma with some spices. Some fruitiness and yeast in flavour too. Spices. Quite light and yet not very complex.

DocLock (10652) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 22, 2005
This beer was delicious. Hazy gold pour with 2 to 3-finger, foamy white head. Nice aroma of spicy floral citric notes, along with some tart fruit and barnyard essences. The mouthfeel was bold and complex, with tastes of floral dry citrus, hops, and acrid malts. Nice balance and complexity. This one is a great trippel.

adnielsen (10605) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - OCT 17, 2011
Bottle @ home. Cloudy, yellow-brown appearance with a big head that features huge bubbles that dissipates quickly. Potent orange-pineapple-mango citrusy tartness, a touch bready, potent juicy nose. Very fruity, mango, tangerine, orange citrusy, fairly tangy, a touch sour, belgian yeasty flavor. One of the most fruity tripels I’ve had.
