On tap at Pfister brewery. Golden beer served in a krug with a hat. Quite clean hoppy and refreshing. Decent lemon sting in the finish. Excellent refreshing beer. Could neck a lot of this . culchiem (3978) - Berlin, GERMANY - APR 18, 2014
Bottle at Hopfen & maltz. Hazy red with a medium head. Aroma is dusty citrus. Flavour is a little bread, creamy texture, caramel on a light bittersweet finish. kappldav123 (6100) - GERMANY - FEB 16, 2014
Had this as Pfister Öko Landbier. The bottle looks simple but okay. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, quite malty, not very dry. Some grasy-spicy notes. Finish well balanced, still dominated by malty notes. Quite drinkable. Not bad! Beerhunter111 (20490) - P´Castle, GERMANY - JAN 31, 2014
Ins Glas ergießt sich ein leicht trübes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch hopfig, grasig, getreidig. Geschmack leicht herb, getreidig, minimal würzig.

courtesy of Oliver Bieri - gently hazy blond beer and with a solid long lasting white head; light notes of diacetyl, cream and citrus; moderate carbonation, medium-bodied, clean palate, gentle bitterness and with a fresh herbal and citrusy finish - charming Shaney (2423) - Köln / Cologne, GERMANY - MAR 11, 2013
Hellgelb, trüb und Schaum satt. Getreidige und blumige Malzaromen hefig unterlegt. Leicht im Antrunk, ohne dünn zu sein. Nussig-brotiger Geschmack, der angenehm grasig-bitter ausklingt. Durch das weiche Brauwasser bedingt sehr süffig. TAR (2765) - Blue Ridge Mountains, North Carolina, USA - JAN 11, 2013
Draught at Pfister in Nov, 2012: Clear rufous. Thick and creamy froth. Dusty and rustic malt aromas feature notes of almond skin and breadcrust along with enticingly sweet nectar, earthy marzipan, apricot, and wood-root-spice hops. Soft, fluffy carbonation. Thin body. Opens with a rich breadcrusty malt and spicy anise-tinged hop interplay. Deeply earthy maltiness reveals a delicate candied nut sweetness which is shortened by a lightly metallic accent. Mild twang is apparent from a delectable infusion of peach jam in the center. Trace sweetness exhibits a subtle edge of sugar-dusted toast and an ensuing dose of coarse dextrins to match the minerals. Finishes softly tealike with a kiss of sweetish floral nectar and tobacco. This plays it pretty safe, but that is by no means a bad thing. A bit thin and restrained, but flawless and juicy, and therefore highly quaffable. Just needs more dextrinous heft to become a standout. 3fourths (9347) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - DEC 15, 2012
bottle at the brewery in Eggolsheim. faintly hazed chestnut red body with a frothy off-white head. toasted grains, caramelized apples and citrus and cola accents in the nose early. light to medium doughiness with a small touch of acidic, burnt butter. cherry wood and earthy stone fruit make momentary appearances in nose, while sweet red baked apple esters show up more flavor-wise. medium body is chewy and carbonation is creamy and soft giving it a round mouthfeel with subtle toasted Munich malt, though it finishes slightly sweet and flat with more of the baked red apple and doughy cracker dust finish. ganache (5910) - New Jersey, USA - SEP 7, 2012
Swing-top by 01.02.2013. Nose is very sweet with lots of citrus and a little cellar. Lightly hazy yellow-golden with a rocky white head. Taste is sweet with a great bready flavor, fresh with lemony citrus and a hint of spice at the back. Medium body is smooth and malty. Clean and very tasty!
