Bottle. Very clean DIPA here. Bits of grass mixed within hints or resin and citrus. Bit too clean for my liking even though it’s a great beer!

12 oz. bottle from hayduke that he rebottled from a growler. We had it together via facebook chat. Dingy golden brown with a one finger of beige foam. Very cloudy stuff. Aroma is sweet and fruity. Some tropical notes, too. Flavor is sweet and fruity. Bitterness is quite low to begin but seems to be building. A little grapefruit. Pineapple is prominent. Ron keeps mentioning pine but I can rarely taste that flavor. This has some earth to it and a little creaminess. Alcohol is not tasted but somehow it drinks like a big beer. A dangerous concoction! Good, too.

This was rebottled from a growler purchased in Medford, OR. Shared with Strykzone on Facebook Chat. Poured cloudy orange with a while head. Nose pine, citrus, and tropical fruit. Medium body with a resinous mouthfeel and some pine bite. Favor is pine forward, then citrus and tropical fruit with pineapple. Not really a bitter finish but the pine has some bite and substitutes for the bitterness. Alcohol is well hidden under all the flavor. .

Pours a clear golden brown from the bottle with bubbly cream colored head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma of big citrus hop notes with a nice caramel malt back end. Taste is more spicy hop notes and a bigger malt body. Booze is well hidden, a bit bitter on the tongue.

Apricot gold, with 0.75" of white head. Aroma is kinda tropical with pineapple and cherry. Taste is the same, with lots of fruit, and a high level of well-metered bitterness. $5/500ml

Golden-amber, aroma is a bit grapefruit, sticky crystal, like apple and woody hop. Earthy, bit of sticky malt, and a touch if grapefruit. Moderate bitterness but no alcohol note.

Okay. Now I get the fricking pFriem hype. Holy crap. This better not end up on an episode of ****landia.

IT’S LIKE I’M DRINKING CARAMEL

Perhaps, Dessert Broth From Hell?

I’ll be drinking this again. Soon. Shit, it ain’t even expensive! In all fairness, I’ve been told I’m a terrible negotiator.

Bumped in the overall because I really dig the light chewiness of it. Yeah, I’ll always give bonus points up to where I think I like it.

Be warned. I’m a little biased.

I really, really, really, REALLY like the shit outta beer.

Hey, watch Dime beg people to have him teach them. He was a good guy - it’s not his fault he’s dead.
