Bottle thanks to Brian! Pours clear yellow, small white head, dissipates fairly quickly, some lacing. Aroma is stone fruit - peaches indeed, brett, oak, a hint of sulfur and skins. Flavor is light tart, light plus funk, mineral, good peach notes without being crazy overpowering. Medium light body, soft mouthfeel. Better than its ratings for sure.

Caged and corked bottle. Poured a hazy straw color with a smaller sized head. Softer peach, funky, fruity, and a lighter tart finish.

Bottle. Head is initially small, frothy, white, mostly/fully diminishing. Body is hazy/cloudy light yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (grain, corn starch), moderately to heavily yeasty (sweat, cheese), with notes of lemon, apple juice. Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
Phew, really icky yeast character in this…blinded and pretty obvious that it was trying to be a lambic. Reminds me of the Jester King Spon I tried last year in terms of stinky yeast and just overall clunky character. Blech.

April 2016 bottle is hazed pale gold with a thin white head. Stanky, weird aroma of sulfur farts, dirty bacteria, phosphorus match sticks, dried apricot, chalk. In the mouth it’s light bodied and soft, tart and acidic producing a modest pucker, turning more sweet and showing more of the fermented peach character that seems masked in the nose.
