375 ml bottle with a date of 3-15-17. Nose is phenol Belgian yeast with a good amount of wheat. Pale malts, yeast, black pepper are the main players here. Light wheat with a bit of spicy peppery character in the finish. Fizzy, spritzy carbonation. Nice light tingle over the palate. Very nicely constructed. August 2017 - Bottle share at GBBF 2017, Kensington Olympia. As 'pFriem Saison'. Hazy yellow, translucent and still, foamy off-white head. Aroma is apple, banana, sugars. Body is light and frothy with soft carbonation. Taste is a little awash with froth, citrussy sodawater, some light spicy and chalky notes. OK. GBBF Day 3. Bottle. Light haze on this pale gold beer, good white head. Palate is light and dry and has a fine crispness. Light dry malts, sweetish. Decent limey floral mid. Mild spice. Dry and slightly spicy finish. Tasty saison but quite dry.
Bottle thanks to Brian! Pours hazy golden, large white head, creamy and dissipates slowly with nice lacing. Aroma is hay, grass. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter, grassy and floral. Medium body. A bit of a bit to it, but good overall. dwyerpg (6410) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - AUG 22, 2017
Much better than the Brett wit, it’s a little fruity upfront but then it styles down nicely. Good beer.

Bottle shared at Chris & Ruth´s House. A slightly hazy pale golden beer with a huge good lasting white head. Aroma of belgian yeasty fruits, yellow fruits, some banana. Taste of strong yellow yeasty fruits, banana, belgian yeast, some spices, nice! JStax (7173) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - JUL 24, 2017
375 ml corked and caged bottle poured into a brandy snifter. The beer is a hazy gold with a big head of white foam. Aroma is grassy, estery, and earthy. A little bit of dry white wine aspect develops on the finish. Medium body and high carbonation. Refreshing beer for certain. hopdog (13102) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 27, 2017

Good mouth feel carbonation soft and natural yet very much present..silky over the tongue. Great.

Draft at slice and Biscuit. Glowing gold pour, thin white head, decent retention and lacing. This here, this is a great classic saison -- Belgian esters, no brett, nice medium body, but still crisp, dry, refreshing, and full of flavor. Clove, pepper, light+ bitterness, some mineral. Overall: haven’t had a saison this nice in a long time.
