Smells light, another nice pil. A present hop bite but not too strong. A quite dry finish that makes this tasty tasty. Br1mst0ne (9) - GERMANY - APR 27, 2015 does not count
Compared to most German Pilsener Beers this one has some character. I think the trick is to get a fresh one since the green bottle has the unfortunate habit of changing the taste. Anyway: The beer has a nice hoppy aroma to it. It has a refreshing effervescent mouthfeel that highlights the hoppy taste. It is nothing to crazy but for a German Pils Beer it really has an edge. This is something you can drink all night. Sledutah (7752) - Utah, USA - AUG 12, 2015

Clear light golden with a medium sized white head, good lacing. Mild aroma is bisquity and cereal. Taste of straw, bisquity and citrus
Nice and clean. Had a 2nd one later that night at the same place.
Richly hoppy, with a lot of noble character and a long, dry finish. Balanced by a pleasant, if delicate, pale malt character. Recommended for fans of north German pils. Erzengel (9077) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - OCT 28, 2013
Geruch sehr pilstypisch-frisch.
Der Geschmack ist schön frisch-süßlich und feinherb. Sehr schön blumiges Bier, frischer Nachgeschmack, langanhaltend und sehr angenehm.

Bottle. Creamy barley malt and light pepper hops aroma. Medium yellow color with moderate head. Creamy barley malt and strong grass hops flavor. Well made nicely drinkable pils. omhper (25346) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - APR 5, 2002
Pale golden. Rather lkight bodied, very dry and very bitter. A refreshing and well made pilsener. pivo (2685) - GERMANY - SEP 30, 2002
Light nose but the hops come through here as well as in the taste. Light body but nicely bitter. This reminds me of Jever very much, one of my fav German pils. Check this out: the label on the bottle has a small star that turns green when the beer is between 6-8 degrees Celcius, so you know if you are drinking at the brewer recommended temp. A marketing gimick for sure but this is a good idea. I know I'd like to know that I'm enjoying my Stone Imperial Russian Stout at 55 F or not. My standard drink. You get it everywhere, it’s cheap and it tastes ok. What else do you want? MiP (15943) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - NOV 13, 2009
UPDATED: FEB 11, 2010 Bottle, 4.9%. Good refreshing hop aroma, slightly grassy. Clear yellow colour. Good white head. Good malty flavour with a distinct and good hoppy note.
