A Belgian Abbey-style ale brewed with a large amount of caramelized honey and dark candy sugar.

Dried fruit added to the mash adds complexity and depth to this ale that is fermented with 3 authentic Belgian yeast strains.
Served in a snifter. 9.3% ABV.

Tap. Pours hazy gold with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is honey and biscuit malt, Belgian candi sugar, fruity esters, alcohol and light earthy hops. Flavor is malt, fruity esters, light alcohol, candi sugar and a sweet finish. Full body, medium warmth and carbonation.
