COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our homage to the beers of southern California, Goose Rider is an intensely hopped American-style IPA that is hop forward with almost 100 IBUs.

Two pounds of hops per barrel were added and this honey colored ale was dry-hopped twice.

Tap. Dark copper and a bit hazy. Nose is moderately hoppy and a bit astringent. Taste is very dry with a strong bitterness. Not much malt balance and a bit one dimenssional.

Tap. Pours clear mahogany with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is fruity esters, caramel and cookie malt with pine, resin, and citrus hops. Flavor is malt forward with moderate hops and bitterness with fruity esters, and a sweet finish. Medium body and carbonation.
