Misc.: Someone else bought the beer for me
Poured dark copper color with 1-to-2 fingers of off white head. Good lacing along the sides. Great retention on the top all the way down.
Smelled gingerbread, molasses, wintry spices, all heavy and flavorful.
Tasted potent flavors, everything from gingerbread, molasses, cinnamon and other wintry spices. Very good.
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long finish.
Just a really good pumpkin beer, definitely the best I’ve ever had.

On tap at brewpub poured a cloudy orange hue w/ a small white quickly and fully diminishing head and no lacing. Moderate aromas of pumpkin and nutmeg. Taste of pumpkin, with notes of spices: nutmeg, ginger, and cinnamon. Light sweet initial flavor finish and light lasting spice. Watery texture and lively carbonation. A very drinkable pumpkin beer, flavors are well balanced. jb43 (1650) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - SEP 9, 2011
(draft 10/17/10). Light cloudy orange/amber color. Small off white head. Moderate nutmeg and ginger aroma. Flavor of the same, with light pumpkin and cinnamon. Long duration. Smooth finish, with light alcohol and light lasting spice. Thin texture. Moderate carbonation. Spare lacing.
