COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Building on a classic English style and adding some American touches, our IPA is brewed with some serious Colorado attitude. This hoppy, aromatic IPA balances four different hops with a solid malt backbone. Color: 6.7.

UPDATED: SEP 29, 2017 On tap at the brewery. Pours copper-amber with a thin lacey head. Orange rind and resin aroma. Taste is bitter and malty, grapefruit peel, slightly metallic. Light body with strong and moderately coarse carbonation. Finish is mainly a long lasting, non descript bitterness. It's ok.

Sample at the brewery. High creamy lasting off-white head. Clear amber body. Fruity caramel aroma. Dry hoppy lemon flavor with little hops bitterness, low carbonation and a long finish.

Tap. Pours slightly cloudy amber with average, creamy off-white head; good retention and lacing. Aroma is grassy and floral hops, biscuit and cereal malt, caramel, light orange peel, and faint lemon. Flavor is grassy and floral hops forward with good supporting citrus fruit esters and bready malts with some herbs; dry, lightly hoppy finish. Medium body and low carbonation.
