Draft at Brewers Rendezvous 7/10/10. Pours a thin white head, over a cloudy yellow (SRM 3) body.....nose is citrus, spice (coriander).....taste is lemon, finishing with a strong clove bite.....mouth feel is light, carbonation medium. This is a fairly typical Wit, which is to say it is light, spicy, citrus and refreshing. BJCP 6/3/14/4/7 TheBeerGod (6261) - Newport News, Virginia, USA - NOV 5, 2006
GABF 2006. Cloudy gold. Small white head. Nose is yeast, wheat, light citrus, and spice. Taste is the same, in a nutshell. More wheat and yeast, some citrus (soft lemon and tangerine) and spices. Body is light and refreshing. Ends with more grains, spices, fruit notes and yeast. BrewDad (5667) - Olympia, Washington, USA - OCT 6, 2006

A nice light colored white wit with a great flavor. This was a delight to drink and the flavors where just great. A easy to drink brew.

Nice wit. Had this at the brewpub in Colorado Springs. Cloudy and yeasty. Enjoyed this one, and wish I had time to try more of the Phantom Canyon beers, because they look like they brew some interesting stuff. BeerandBlues2 (13814) - Escondido, California, USA - APR 1, 2006
Draught. Pours cloudy, murky yellow lemon peel with a small patchy white head with trace lined lacing. Aroma is wheat yeast (dough) and malt (meal) citrusy hop, banana and clove. Wheat and slightly sweet banana yeast, smooth and clean finish. Medium bodied, smooth and very drinkable.
