Huge banana, peach sherbet, mild clove/phenol aroma. Flavor is same plus pear, touch of washed rind, cracked pepper, touch medicinal on the finish. Creamy, viscous mouthfeel.

The beer is a pale yellow color. Farily hazy. Huge white head. Puffs up quickly. The aroma is excellent. Sweet brett fruitiness. Pear, apricot, kiwi. Some light tangerine tang. Moderate peppery spice. No real off flavor. Its mostly just delicate fruit action, a touch perfumey. Taste unfortunately doesnt have quite the same pleasant flavor. Moderate bitterness. Quite dry. Light malt sweetness. Kinda washed out. Fizzy light feel with a touch of slickness. Im interested to try the dry-hopped versions because it certainly seems like a nice base to display other flavors.

On tap poured a clear yellow with a lasting creamy white head. Aromas of straw, fruitiness, yeast and light barnyard funk. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of straw, fruitiness, yeast and light funk with a smooth lingering fruity finish.

On tap at Beer Baron. It pours a pale yellow color with a large, creamy white head. The aroma is nice with lactic lemon and apricot. Richly floral. The flavor is light, dry and spicy with heavy lacto. Very light bodied and refreshing tartness with just a hint of fecal funk. Background notes of lemon and apricot. I enjoyed this one very much.
