I took a Philly variety case with me on a camping trip this past weekend and this beer was flat out the best in the case. Very tasty with a good balance of floral hops with a nice malty backbone. Went down smooth with a little heat at the end. Great label too!

Cask at South Philly Tap Room. Clear golden amber with a modest bright white head and very nice lace. Aromas of grassy and leafy hops, pine, bread and oak. Piney hop flavor up front supported by biscuity malt and a wisp of oak. Medium to full body, minimal carbonation, creamy mouthfeel and a lingering caramel malt sweetness in the finish. mikem409 (2022) - bloomfield, Michigan, USA - NOV 12, 2014
