Cask at South Philly Tap Room. Clear golden amber with a modest bright white head and very nice lace. Aromas of grassy and leafy hops, pine, bread and oak. Piney hop flavor up front supported by biscuity malt and a wisp of oak. Medium to full body, minimal carbonation, creamy mouthfeel and a lingering caramel malt sweetness in the finish.

Bottle from House of 1000 beers. Pours brown with a half inch of khaki foam. Has a kind of hoppy funk on the nose. Has a bit of grapefruit of the tongue but it fades. Finishes clean. Eh!

12oz bottle. Pours a light amber color with a white two finger fluffy head. Nose is slight pine and citrus oils. Taste has a malt profile with some softer bitterness. Some citrus, faint pine, fruit sweetness, caramel, and a bit of a breadiness. Some buttery notes come through near the finish. Crisp, moderate body with moderate carbonation.
