341ml bottle. Pours a clear yellow with a medium, frothy, long lasting, white head that laces. Sweet aroma of grain, grass and a hint of apple. Sweet flavour of grain, biscuity malt and apple with a mild, bitter grass finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Easy drinking. On tap at The Docks, in Victoria. Pours a clear straw colour with a small white head. Aroma is biscuit, cereals, wheat, some citrus. Taste is similar. Refreshing.

Ok for style. Some crisp barley. Pours golden with OK head. Easy drinking but not much here. Bottle from mixer pack. distractable (1) - Kelowna, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 9, 2015 does not count
Wrong time of year for me to be drinking this beer. Pours a pale straw, slightly hazy. Small head that sticks around. Aromas of orange peel and malt. Tastes mainly of sweet malts, lingering mild bitterness. Kind of one dimensional but could imagine it being nice on a hot summers day! UXO (1896) - CANADA - JUL 27, 2015
Appearance: clear pale straw with two fingers of rocky ivory head, good retention and moderate lacing. (3/5) Aroma: biscuity malt, grassy, light citrus. (6/10) Taste: moderate sweet, mild bitter, mild pepper. (6/10) Palate: light body, soft carbonation, short duration mildly bitter finish. (3/5)
A pleasant enough example of the style - light, crisp, and easy-drinking. Hardly challenging, but that’s hardly expected for a kölsch. Definitely a summer beer. (12/20)

Clear straw yellow pour, tall somewhat fizzy white head, no lacing. Aroma and flavour are light cereal grain malt with some light grass hops. Lighter body with lots of carbonation. Good beer for a hot day, may have been better if it was cooler though. sulawang (1161) - - APR 14, 2015
UPDATED: DEC 4, 2015 Visual: Pours light straw yellow with a large lasting cream-foamy head, sticky lacing, lots of fast steady streams.
Nose: red apple, sweet malts, very clean. (lvl-6)-pungency
Attack: crisp, half-creamy light fizzy mouthfeel,
Mid-palate: (lvl-4)-sweetness, (MAIN) barley, light malt, red apple
Finish: super soft hopped bite, clean smooth off-dry malt finish.
Summary: Initial sips were very crisp and smooth, the latter last ones were pretty average. In other words, nothing to write home about.
[Re-tasted 2015/12/3]: Nose: faint sweet lager malt. (lvl-2)-pungency
Attack: crisp bite, micro fizzy
Mid-palate: thin flavour, (lvl-4)-sweetness, (MAIN) grainy lager barley malt, bready
Finish: almost citrusy/soapy, off-dry malt, palate roughness.
Summary: Less pungency than this time around and no apple. Flavour is pretty basic and dull. Still can’t write home about this one. BeerAndPonies (171) - Medicine Hat, Alberta, CANADA - APR 2, 2015
Single 341 ml bottle from Liquor Depot, served in a straight-sided goblet. The last review of this April Fool’s Day 2015, a good day in my neck of the woods to stay cloistered indoors and have a few beers, as the wind gusts are reaching 100-120 kilometers per hour. I blame climate change for these wicked winds. Anyhow... Pours a nice golden straw hue with lots of carbonation and a thin white cap that leaves a few lace islands. Wow, is this ever carbonated! It’s very visible, generous, and constant. Nose features lightly sweet malts and a very faint hop presence; flavor is lightly sweet malts with a very faint hop presence. And...that’s about it. Thin-bodied, clean finish. It’s extraordinarily...ordinary. In (my) perfect world, this would be the base makeup of all macro light lagers, before any signature additions or subtractions. Were it a buck-a-beer brand, I’d tattoo its logo on my shoulder for being superior. But, as a micro or craft brew, well...a little more is expected, right? Eh, no matter, this very low-key kolsch gets high praise for just being good, clean, and eminently drinkable. Nice stuff! RobBestwick (931) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - FEB 17, 2015
Bottle. Light orange peel hop aroma. Pours light golden in colour with minimal head. Grassy hop flavours with faint citrus notes. Medium bodied with a touch of bitterness in the finish. Drinkable. blackmetal (236) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - FEB 16, 2015
Nice and light, moderately refreshing (a little less than in the pure Kolsch vein). Nice grassy taste. A worthy addition to the lineup.
