Draught at the brewery
Hazy blond color with compact head. The aroma is delicate, hoppy and flowery. Dry and lean mouthfeel; flavor of straws, correctly bitter.
Simple summer beer. Not bad.
355mL bottle, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Nose brings out grassy notes and light skunked vegetal notes. Flavour is similar, bringing out some light spiciness, grass and light skunked vegetal notes. Fairly clean and drinkable. Pretty much as good as a pale lager can be, though that’s not saying much. Bottle - Light grain and corn. Pale fizzy yellow with a decent head. Fairly tasteless with a bit of grain and a surprising quick bitter bite that fades cleanly. A nice surprise for a pale lager, but still a pale lager. DuffMan (10723) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - OCT 12, 2013
Guest bottle in their taster box. Bright lemony yellow. Bland aroma of grains, slightly bready. Grainy palate, clean but no real additional character. JoeMcPhee (9575) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 26, 2014
Pale golden pour with a white head. The nose is fairly bright and lemony. Herbal/citrus hoppiness and a fresh grassy hoppiness along with a very clean pilsner malt base. Brightly herbal hoppiness with restrained bitterness. A little bit fruity with respect to the hopping but it’s very clean, very fresh and really damn drinkable. I’d buy this by the case if it were available to me. Well underrated.

Aroma soapy feel with honey and golden malts. Citrusy hop accents on top. Clean but fairly generic.
Top: lighter bright white cap, nice rings with fragmental lace.
Base: clear pale gold.
Palate : medium bodied, average carbonation. Tad thinner at sides.
Taste: Interesting. Decent pale golden malt bottom with fruity citrusy hop notes. Refreshing set up. Front more traditional than fruity hopped ending
Other notes lighter, different and drinkable.
Tap, brewery. Pours a clear straw yellow body with a small fizzy white head. The nose is a bit corn laced with a bit of bready malt and little, if any, hops. The flavor is pretty typical Pale Lager, mostly corn, a little grainy with some Cheerio like notes, minimal bitterness on the finish. Light bodied and fizzy with prickly carbonation. Pretty fun beer, probably not meant to be much more than a gimmick, but I thought the hommage was pretty cool. Don’t like it? Take off, hoser! reebtogi (6403) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JAN 2, 2014
341ml bottle pours a hazy golden yellow color with a finger and a half of white head that leaves some spotted lacing on the glass. Aroma is grassy with some grains. Taste is a grassy and spicy hop bitterness with a grainy malty sweetness that finishes fairly clean. A typical pale lager with a little extra bite to it. The Great BrewDad Victoria Pub Crawl 2014 - Golden in color clear with a thin head. Nice easy drinking Pils. Good balance and dry finish. KansaiBeerLvrs (5387) - Kyoto, JAPAN - AUG 21, 2014
The last bottle from the BC craft 6 pack. A clear pale straw gold with a thick fluffy eggshell white head. bready pale malts with a dash of lemon. The taste is similarly bready with some citrus and an earthy bitter fairly crisp finish. Alright.
