Robe brun-rouge, mousse crémeuse beige. Nez fruité et empyreumatique. Très ronde en bouche sur des parfums puissants de torréfaction, de cacao et de réglisse. Amertume bien tranchée qui fait d’elle une bière de caractères, généreuse et complexe.

Bottle from somewhere in France. Poured a clear reddish amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is fruit, woody hop, urinal cakes. The flavour is light sweet with a zesty citrus, yeast, metallic hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
