markextrae (4666) - Alingsås, SWEDEN, SWEDEN - FEB 18, 2018
Bottle, light spiced rye notes, dark chocolate, roast, oak and light smoke notes. Light peat smoke but overall to sweet

Zymurgeist2 (2474) - Redwood City, California, USA - FEB 17, 2018
Bottle to tulip. Oily viscous black with brown head that fades very quickly to only a collar. Peat and sweet aroma. Party and powdered chocolate dominate flavor. Roast finish with moderate ash retaining. Retained sugar.

Moolesen (634) - NETHERLANDS - FEB 11, 2018
Bottle 33cl. Black with almost no head (due to the thick viscosit, it was imposisble to generate any). Aroma of peat, pure chocolate and some sweetness from the malt. Really nice flavour, but way too sweet for my taste. What a pity. Great aroma, viscosity, but say too sweet. It is not necessary.

Kolor: czarny, nieprzejrzysty.
Piana: niezbyt wysoka, drobno i średnio pęcherzykowa, dość szybko opada.
Zapach: sporo aromatów whisky, wyraźna torfowa wędzonka, aromaty beczki, na dalszym planie trochę aromatów czekolady, kakao, trochę alkoholu, ale nie jakiegoś nieprzyjemnego.
Smak: gęste, wyraźna pełnia, słodycz, sporo nut whisky, torfowej wędzonki, beczki, trochę czekolady, kakao, na dalszym planie, goryczka w kierunku średniej, alkohol wyczuwalny, rozgrzewający.
Wysycenie: niskie.

kryon (4015) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - FEB 3, 2018
Pours dark with minimal head. Aromas of peated malts, tar, chocolate, brown sugar. Taste has notes of vinous fruits, smoke, wood, muscavado, chocolate

ansalon (4303) - Stockholm, SWEDEN, SWEDEN - FEB 3, 2018
Pours black with a low white head. Aromas of caramel and molasses with chocolate, leather, peat. Taste is chocolatey and smoked with some very sweet notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Too sweet and unbalanced.

Ktwse (5818) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - FEB 3, 2018
Pours black with flat tan head. Aroma of peats, bits of coffee and chocolate. Taste is sweet, roasty, chocolate and huge peaty whisky but way too sweet. Rich and creamy body with soft carbonation. Fiery finish.

TET (3327) - Kaarina, FINLAND - FEB 3, 2018
A black beer, a head is quite small and light brown. Aroma has liquorice, peat, richness and sweetness of malts. Taste has liquorice, richness of malts, quite sweet, the barrel is less noticable than in the aroma, some peat. Almost full bodied, not stickyness. Some added value from the barreling but otherwise, too sweet and simple.

mcberko (20260) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 28, 2018
330mL bottle, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma is super potent on the smokey, peaty Islay barrels, smoked meat, and leather. Flavour is amazingly complex, with smokey, peaty Islay upfront, moderate roast, some caramel, and more decadent smokey peatiness. Incredibly deep and complex - the Islay is just phenomenal here. Brilliant.

mjik83 (1755) - Maastricht, NETHERLANDS - JAN 16, 2018
