A well rounded India Pale Ale brewed to create a complex malty taste with fruity flavor and aroma from the English yeast. Hop character includes a spicy herbal & earthy bitterness typical of the style. To finish it is dry hopped with Cascade for a floral citrus hop aroma. Like a hike up Camelback it will leave a lasting impression.

Finally found a bottle that isn’t INFECTED. It’s really hard to "buy local" when you get burned by brewers allowing obviously infected beers on shelves. Pours dark brown with medium head. Slight haze. Nose has a lot of bready notes, toffee, and black tea. Palate offers plenty oif malt, more bread and black tea, and a minor hop bitterness at the end. Strikes me more as a modern pale than an IPA.

This beer was\is a carbonation disaster. Completely over carbonated. It is hard to rate this beer because I think there is something wrong with it. Straight up not good.

mybrainhurts (400) - North Dakota, USA - DEC 16, 2016
Malty, herbal and fruity nose. Flavors of caramel, toffee, and buttered biscuits. Mineral and earthy finish. Good malt hop balance. Decent.

mcberko (19805) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 26, 2016
On tap at Phoenix Ale Brewery, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out harsh metallic notes and some abrasive hoppy astringency. Flavour isn’t as abrasive, with light metallic notes and a dry, fruity hoppiness. Not the most dynamic IPA out there, that’s for sure, but pleasant enough. Decent.

This is a perfectly "smashable" beer as we say in Australia. Easy to drink but full of malty flavour and hop aroma. Nice beer.

Bottle - unable to pour out, big pine hop aroma and flavor, fair malty backbone, not bad overall ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at the source. Hazy golden color, thick tan head. Aroma of earthy fruit. Taste is bready fruit. Nice.

Poured into a shaker. Medium/dark amber, almost copper color with a cream colored head. Aroma is floral and earthy hop notes. Nice malty base with a mildly hoppy finish. Soft mouthfeel with mild bitterness towards the finish. Very mild, reads more like a pale ale to me, but also quite sessionable.

thetmaxx (927) - West Sacramento, California, USA - JUL 26, 2015
Poured from the bottle, thin head, kindda cloudy, copper color. Aroma is of dank and possibly nobel hops. Flavor is actually nice. Good bitterness, with balanced malt. Overall a decent ipa.

Barreras (1689) - Diamond Bar, California, USA - JUN 30, 2015
Pours a light orange color with a floral aroma. Beer flavor is earthy with a bitter aftertaste. A light flavor and drinkable beer. Alcohol content was hidden well.
