First brewed in 1963.
A polished, golden yellow beer with 5% alcohol. Phoenix beer is pasteurised after bottling, according to natural conservation methods. The quality of the underground water also allows us to produce a beer with no chemicals additives. Time of maturation before distribution is meticulously controlled

Bottle. Pale yellow color with a thin head. Aroma is sweet malty and grassy. Flavor is pretty much the same. Mouthfeel is dry cereal..

Aroma slightly soap like, cardboard , golden malts.
Appearance :
Top: lighter lasting white top
Base: clear golden
Palate : thinner bodied, clean watery and fairly soft
Taste: feel that pale lager would have from far away land. What is different that is softer than others, and fairly clean (beyond notes of cardboard).

Lager très commune. Meilleure au goût que des blondes commerciales comme la Heineken. Moins amère, moins âpre au palais. Rafraîchissante mais sans personnalité. D’une bien belle couleur dorée néanmoins. Sans mousse malheureusement.
