Apple tart refreshing smell - like freshly pressed apples with malt. Dark gold with light thin white head. Sweet start of fruit and malt , citrus middlewith a light bitter aftertaste finish. Cask at the Magpie, golden brown with little head and a floral malty aroma. Nutty and floral palate with a sort of dry tartness and a bitter finish.

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light moderate hoppy, lime, grapefriut peel. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. 
Cask at The Waters Green Tavern, Macclesfield. Gold / amber, thick white head, good lacing. The usual kind of beer Brian get’s into the Waters Green but tasty enough to pile a few away for sure.
