Cask, Hoylake Lights. Golden with thin white head. Appropriately named as this is very workmanlike, and while solid enough is lacking in any real finesse. Next please, don’t let your work boots muddy the carpet on the way out. berkshirejohn (6611) - Bracknell, Berkshire, ENGLAND - FEB 29, 2008
Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell.Pale gold with a loose white head; citrus aroma; strong sharp grapefruit flavour; full and dry at first then becoming sweeter. A sharp bitter finish. Excellent. cgarvieuk (25722) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - OCT 26, 2007
Cask Bow Bar Edinburgh ... Copper colour ... fruity hop nose .... juicy sweet malts with a solid hop base. nice enough but no real character. hughie (3996) - Bedford, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - OCT 22, 2007
UPDATED: OCT 27, 2010 Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Golden with a small white head. Sweet honey aroma is promising, but not a lot else is going on here except for a medium hoppy taste. No sign of the fruits for me. 27.10.10 Cask at ’Spoons Milton Keynes, during, though not officially a part of the ’Spoons Beer Festival ’10. Very similar sentiments this time: undemanding and dull is what I wrote. Rating: 6,3,5,3,10:2.7 MesandSim (7117) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 28, 2007
A Mes rate:
Cask at Bar Fringe, Manchester. Amber blonde colour. Very faint aroma but pleasant enough. Mildly hoppy with some peach and grapefruit. Swift clean finish. Straight forward but enjoyable.

Cask (handpump) at the Devonshire Cat, Sheffield. Saved from mediocrity by a faint fruitiness before the sudden finish. Otherwise, a rather chewy little bitter. Svesse (8731) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - MAR 5, 2006
(Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm) Amber/copper colour with thick white head. Nose is fruity with citrus and hops. Fruity taste with hints of citrus and apricots. Long, fairly dry, hoppy and bitter finish. Lots of taste for the rather low ABV. ante (3373) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - FEB 25, 2006
Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm. Clear dark golden. Hoppy aroma odf straw, grapefruit and grass. Dry grassy flavour of orange-peels and grapefruit. Dry finish. GarethYoung (1111) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - FEB 23, 2006
[cask at bon accord] Light hoppy aroma, peachy fruit, some citrus notes. thin on the body, sweet upfront, finish is slightly dry and bitter. Nekronos (4174) - Xalapa, MEXICO - FEB 22, 2006
Really hard to explain, very bitter but a little like dry, not really good, but not bad at all. I like the aroma, the foam too.
