Small coarse offwhite head. Paleish slightly hazy yellow body. Vague floral aroma. Dryish floral fruity taste with elderberry notes. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Light body. Dryish fruity wine grape aftertaste with spicy herbal notes. Nice, but a bit low on flavour. (0.284l cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen.)

Cask at The Royal Hotel, Hayfield, Derbyshire, £3.30/pint. Pours mid-amber to gold with a diminishing white head, good lacing and just a hint of carbonation. Mediocre, grainy aroma. Really pleasant honeyed sweetness to the taste as will as opulent cherry flavours. Grainy biscuit bitterness well balanced on the finish. Smooth palate. Good stuff.

ManVsBeer (10954) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - FEB 26, 2014
Cask @ Cask & Feather, Rochdale. Golden with a small creamy head. it’s nose has aniseed evident with a more fruit leaning taste.

jamesie1857 (1980) - Sheffield, South Yorkshire, ENGLAND - OCT 28, 2013
On cask at Stalybridge Buffet Bar October 20, 2013 - Clear amber beer, soft lacing white head. Nose was grassy, a bit floral, but in a washed down sense. The taste was okay, the grassiness overwhelmed it though, nothing overly offensive - just not my cup of tea.
